By using this website, submitting a form, applying to work with Storyboli or buying a digital product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase from the store.

Digital products

Digital products are downloadable resources for content planning, creation and review. Product pages describe what is included. You are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for your needs before purchase.

Digital product licence

Unless a product page says otherwise, digital products are for the purchaser’s internal business or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload for others to download, claim ownership of, or repackage the files as your own product.

Service applications and projects

Submitting an application or enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability, pricing, timeline or acceptance. Any service work should be confirmed in writing with scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, revision process and timeline before work begins.

Payments

Store purchases are processed through WooCommerce and the configured payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout. Any taxes, currency conversion costs or payment provider charges are handled according to the checkout and provider settings.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Storyboli Refund Policy. For immediate digital downloads, cancellation rights end when the download begins only after your express request and acknowledgement. This does not affect statutory rights. Service work is handled under the agreed project terms.

Intellectual property

Storyboli website content, branding, product files, frameworks, copy, designs and downloadable materials belong to Storyboli or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them beyond the licence provided with a purchase or written agreement.

User submissions

When you submit messages, project information, files, feedback or application details, you confirm you have the right to share that information. You allow Storyboli to use it to review your request, communicate with you and provide agreed services.

No guaranteed results

Storyboli may provide strategy, creative direction, content systems and digital resources, but no specific business, revenue, audience growth, engagement, ranking or performance result is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Storyboli is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, digital products, unavailable services, third-party tools, payment providers or reliance on general website information.

Third-party services

The website may link to or use third-party platforms such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, email tools, WordPress plugins or social platforms. Their own terms and policies apply.
